The FlexApp is used to reserve workplaces and to search for colleagues and to find free workplaces.This app can be used by visitors and employees of the HITMA organization to reserve workplaces.The aim is to promote the search and finding of colleagues or employees and to reserve an office or meeting room. Access can only be provided by the HITMA organization.
